Darcy, you're absolutely right about the behavior of the reply settings of
the list. I have followed the posts on this topic in the last weeks and this
is the perfect example of what happens often. I DID want to reply to the
list instead of privately to David, but had forgotten to change the default
destination, as I often do.

And about the t-shirt thing, even if I am in Canada, I did receive a t-shirt
when I have up-graded to FinMac2002(and paying duty anyway), so I don't
really understand their scheme in this regard.
