Hmm, weren't we just talking about this in regard to the Sibelius manual? Not playback, but the general attitude of "I wouldn't want to do it that way, so no one else should either". Personally, I can't imagine why anyone would want to use Simple Entry at all, which to me seems horribly clumsy. But I know that many people like it, so to each his own. As long as we all have the choice, I'm happy.
