I think this sounds great. But as people play with multiple sets, it becomes more important to have some way of easily printing out a list of active shortcuts, probably from a button on the Edit Shortcut dialog.
My other suggestion with regard to this printout is that if there are several shortcuts assigned to the same function, the name of the function should only be printed *once*, not multiple times as in the Quick Reference Card. This will make the list much more readable.
