Yes you can, but it only works for ONE set of tuplets, then you have to reset it. Not a good solution for Charles.

Open up the Speedy frame on a measure of already-entered sixteenths, hit (on the Mac) option 3 to set up a triplet, then hit 3 again to make them 16th triplets. The tuplet is created. Now hit the right arrow three times to move to the next group. Repeat. Sheesh! Maybe a macro would help.
