Hmmm. There is no problem with my mouse because the context menus
appear on all other applications. I have reinstalled Finale. I can't
think of anything else to try, short of scratching the whole operating
system and starting over.
I don't see any entries in the FinaleMusic knowledge base. I guess I'll
open a ticket with Finale.

Yes, I get context menus on WinXP (SP2) and Fin2009.
