I've noticed that messages coming through sourceforge lists have intermittent encoding errors.

With the message below, I believe it looks like these are coming from the URLs being passed by the osdn advertising attached to the messages (because I know I sent the message as plain text and I can see that there is at least one charcter in the attaced URL that was not interpreted).

Can we make them stop it?
