99% PC. I do a ton of work with accessibility, and it's a PITA on a Mac. Not to mention the money. I do my freelance work on an Alienware M-17 (raid-0, dual vid, reasonable dual proc) that was cheaper than the macbook pro. And obviously the macbook didn't offer raid nor SLI.
As for setup, I flip-flop between Flex builder (doing both Flex and ActionScript 3 Projects) and FlashDevelop. Our artists are on Mac, and I have one at home (a mini) I toy with, but not for flash.
