Waiting for the panadapter to completely "paint" itself before passing audio?

  Shure, but if that is 2,8 kByte or 4.2 kByte does not realy matter for that.
And what has that to do with sound delay????
There is a function between no. of pixel in relation to seconds of sound 
missing.
