Shure. You can´t start audio without the program is completely loaded
and display is stable...
If you let it stay for a few minutes and than start audio (again) it
happens as described. Try it.
Btw: OS is Vista 32.
You do not need to give this high priority but I wanted to inform you
because if such strange things happen there might be more strange
behavior at all.

Shure, but if that is 2,8 kByte or 4.2 kByte does not realy matter for that.
And what has that to do with sound delay????
There is a function between no. of pixel in relation to seconds of sound
missing.
Not realy important but somewhat strange...

ever since...
Changed back to 100x50 pixel and every thing works great again.
