I bought an Epia 800 a week ago. I have freevo and mythtv running on it. The
933 is just an up-clocked version of the 800.

At DVD bit rate MPEG, the processor has no idle CPUs (and requires drop
frame to keep up). Lower bit rate stuff run at about 80% - 90% CPU.
I have basic rate streams streaming from my TiVo and playing on this box fine.

I later learned that the FPU runs at 1/2 the the processor rate and also
heard that the 1 GHZ board due out in April will have the FPU running at
full CPU rate.

I'll have to note, that the nice thing about the Epia is that at idle it
only draws 12 watts (with a compact flash hard drive).

Hopefully the Epia 1 GHz will be able to pack more of a punch and still offer
the same power savings.
