A little, but not divx.. (yet)..  I had this all running on a windows
box and was blown away by the divxplus app which seems to use the dxr3
fb memory to display other media formats..  If you've also done this you
wnn't get this kind of performance out of the linux version..

I was playing with my dxr3 and using lavc to re-encode into mpeg on the
fly to watch some home movies I have just captured, at full PAL
resoltion (750*500ish), at stadard lavc settings it was only getting me
about 10 fps on my 1800+XP.  I was not impressed but dropping the
quality down I found I could get full fps at q4.  

I'm not sure of what else we can tweek but q4 was very noticable on my
monitor, i'm not sure what it will be like on the TV... Also, these are
a little higher than most divx's are compressed at.. so when it comes
time to test the divx output i may be suprised..

If I get time tonight I'll try a divx and give an update..
