Which brings me back to the actual subject line... :-)
A couple of people piped up, but mostly in the "if there's a cabal, I'd
join" way.
Soo... could this group of module authors be the core of a cabal?
Basically, what TPR needs of its Golf Tsar/Cabal is:
Lay down actual rules for the games.
Devise, write and judge the monthly games.
Maintain a page of stats if we decide to run it as something
more interactive than just a monthly piece in the
magazine.
Obviously, the module will probably come in handy...
Now that you've all had a little while to mull this over, why doesn't
anyone who's interested drop me a line offlist, and we'll take it from
there. [A subject line of "TPR Golf" should catch my eye...]
Finally, although you'll all laugh at me, I'm down to 66 strokes on the
issue 0 challange. Not horrible for a first real golf attempt.
How much further have you all gotten. I just want to know how far to
bury my head in the ground... :-)
Thanks.
