Maybe I should have used the optical instead of digital which I think is still the superior way to connect components of your high end home stereo. I know a some people that spend quite some money for extension cards (PC and Mac) to just get this capability. On the other hand side I did not intent to start a discussion about what would be the best to source multimedia data such as audio and video but rather asking for a another feature that would make the Digital Hub complete for me, in the sense others have asked for USB2. But maybe it is not really an issue for the majority and that is fine too.
