There are a number of wireless USB printer servers available in the $50-$100
range and what they lack in Mac friendliness and documentation they can make
up for in price. After my original base station died this winter I did some
research and finally decided to buy another from Apple for three reasons:

1) it integrated the USB printer server with the base station and that made
it about $40 more expensive than the other stations/servers I was looking at

2) Apple's software which makes setting it up a breeze - but to be honest it
isn't hard to set up a D-Link or any other station. They use a web browser
rather than a friendly Mac program

3) firmware issues - oftentimes companies just don't get around to issuing
firmware upgrades that don't require a PC. Sure, I have a PC at home but the
less I have to use it the happier I am, and I really prefer keeping it
segregated from the internet.

When you buy be sure to do your research. There are some printers that
cannot be served and some that can be served in the PC world but not the
Mac.
