A co-worker got a Dell laptop. It randomly decides that it can no longer sustain itself, crashes, then claims it cannot find it's startup disk.
It's also been back to Dell three times.
I've lost track of the number of times he's re-installed everything.
It's so bad that he has given up moving it around, it sits on a pedestal on his desk where it mimics a very crappy small desktop system.
