Ok, I'm stumped. I'm still trying to get this external USB drive I bought usable for doing backups from my PB.
I can only get it to format as an MS-DOS drive--Mac formats (all of them) under Disk Utility fail. Trying to set it up as a unix format fails. And Disk 1st Aid doesn't like the reformatting. I'm a bit hesitant to use it under MS-DOS format for backup purposes Any suggestions? Help? I'd even be willing to ship this to someone and pay them a nominal amt. to get this puppy running so I can use it for what I bought it for.
