What am I missing? Where can I find it to download?
It probably is not needed in 9, I cannot find it on my Mac. Some older
programs look for certain extensions, even if they have been rolled
into the OS. I have occasionally had luck doing one of the following:
Finding a copy of the extension (OS 8? 7?) and throwing it into my
extensions folder, then running the installer and then removing it.
Sometimes I have had to restart, and hopefully the system will just
ignore it and leave it in the extensions folder.
I have also sometimes had luck by renaming a file like an unused
printer driver in the extensions folder to fool the app.
I also know that X overrides some redundant OS 9 extensions when you
start it up for classic mode, so maybe booting into 9 to install it
would work.
