Yea. One of the biggest problems with Macs in an office environment is that there are a LOT of required apps that are Windows-only. Running them on a Mac, under a PC emulator (if they run at all), is a horrible experience - abysmally slow, crashy, etc. And IT departments sure don't want to put both a Mac and a PC on someone's desk. Being able to switch-boot Macs into a full-speed full-featured Windows will be a boon for Macs in those environments.
I won't be suprized to see many office Macs running Windows normally, then booted into OS X temporarily/periodically just to run specialized apps.
And within a year, I hope to see some virtualization software become available - so you can have both OS X and Windows running at the same time...
