As for OS X apps, what about Final Cut Pro?

What about it? As I recall, even Pixar is using Windows these days, with *nix clusters for full rendering.

What about the iApps?

iLife? The $80/year package? iPhoto is an unstable joke; My housemate is fast to point out things that ACDSee does faster and better. iMovie and iDVD are nice, but there are commerical packages that do the same for less $. GarageBand gets used by what .00001% of the userbase? iWeb is cute, but it doesn't do anything that wasn't already available.

Sure there are comparable apps for XP, but they don't have the same ease of use or stability or good design as the X apps do.

I don't mean to push aside "ease of use" and "stability". I think they're important, but they weren't the point of the question.

The question is what *unique* OS X apps are available that are NOT available for Windows?
