activity on this mailing list exclusively, or are
there other discussions happening elsewhere as well?
     

The general@ list is providing a ton of input and doing that refining and
exploration of the detail. But the charter will, in the end, be voted upon
by the PMC.
   

If in the end it is voted by the PMC, what do I need to do to be a part of 
the PMC?
