Thanks to GeoSolutions for additional project resources, I am all in favour of 
our Jenkins overlords. 

Is there any artefact that the windows build server can produce that would put 
it more seriously in the line of fire? This would allow us as a community
to take a windows build failure more seriously...

Perhaps it could be responsible for nightly windows installer creation?
