I've called zenni on two separate occasions around lunch time, (so 11- noonish in central time zone) and got to talk to a live person within about 5 minutes both times. I think the system gives you the option pushing a button to get transfer to a voicemail box or staying on the line waiting. If you do nothing and wait a automated voice will tell you what position you are in line to talk to an operator, which I really like.
