This is one of those situations where you just have to choke back the rage.
Say something like, "I know I don't have a leg to stand on but after all, these frames are titanium..." The only hope of getting favorable consideration is to be nice. I presume Zenni sets prices based on operating costs. That includes the cost of rework as set by their stated warranty. Zenni doesn't hide it. Their warranty policy doesn't make them bad guys. A more generous warranty would require Zenni to increase the price they charge for eyeglasses. With high priced glasses the optician should bear the risk of replacing a bad set of frames. With low priced glasses the customer has to bear most of this risk. This makes good economic sense to me. I've ordered from Zenni before (most recent order was yesterday). As a presbyop I know what progressives cost. But even if I had to replace the Zenni's frames on my own nickel I would still feel like I got a good deal. Look at the price of Varilux Ellipse lenses (just the lenses) at 39dollarglasses. On Sep 23, 12:34 am, "Chuck Knight" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Give them a chance. It never hurts to ask.
