I am back from vacation.
Yesterday evening I sat down to produce a 1.0.6 version. I folded in
all patches, and made some changes to the design of the backend; it is
now somewhat cleaner (and theoretically it should use less RAM, but I
was too lazy to really wait for the Coriolan to finish. If you can:
test it and benchmark it).
I also want to know that all the patches and tech support floating
around made me proud: I sat in a Prague internet cafe, and watched all
of the traffic on the list: it just gave me warm fuzzies all over!
Keep those patches coming!

* Super_element is now an `abstract' class,
* Paper_score directly contains one Line_of_score. The
breaking/postprocessing/deletion is mixed with the output phase.
* Hopefully this will save memory for large scores. (benchmarks, anyon
e?)

binary distribution zip file. xzip target continues to use
package-zip.sh for Jan's cross-compiled version.
- lily/main.cc: Added a search for LILYPOND environment variable to
better facilitate binary distributions.
