Dear Br. Samuel,

Thanks for taking a stab at this curious situation. When trying this last
night, I created a folder under My Documents (I don't recall now if I did
that with Explore or in the TexWorks SaveAs process... I'll test both a wee
bit later on) and had similar invisible results. More on that later.

I tried the initial-style: 0; suggestion in the header of the GABC file but
got the result:

"error: syntax error
error: unable to find the first letter of the score
error: can't determine step and line of the key."

Here is the whole of my GABC file... Just a line of chant notation, if that.

% !TEX TS-program = gregorio

% !!TEXT encoding = UTF-8

% Header

Not quite right but I keep tweaking it until it looks right.

I've also tried the gabc line with the beginning
(c4)Gló(c!df)ri(f)a(fv) etc. and got the same error message on Gregorio
compile.

I must not be holding my mouth right.

In Christo rege,

Fr. Mike
