Hi Martha: The pending upgrade for Window-Eyes will force you in some shape or form to get either a Windows7 or 8.1 operating system anyway and that could mean either a Windows upgrade or a brand-new computer. Support for XP may not be present in Window-Eyes9! But, if you're happy with your current set up and you can still get work done, then, perhaps waiting for Windows10 (or 13 as the number may change again) may not be a bad idea!
