The EMF people (specifically nickb) were very helpful in providing a
m2 repository for Tuscany's use at
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/emf/maven2
AIUI these jars are produced by a script at the end of the regular EMF
build - that script might be reusable for the compiler as well.
