RSCS LPR ??

I have a report that has some simple carraige control in it .... SKIP to CH 1 
(line 2) and CH 12 (line 44).

I want to print this report on a LPR printer via RSCS.

How do I get the printer detect the CH 12 and skip to CH 1.
