Connectivity. 
Who would provide you a access to their 100 Mbps switch. 
So practically you will usually have over 80 Mbps available most of 
the time.

You will also need a Gigabit ethernet switch with a FO module connected
to your service providers glass for the 1Gbps as your Internet speed.
