maybe watch her use appleworks to find out exactly what she is doing when it crashes "unpredictably". it could be she is doing something that makes it crash. if she is right, and it is crashing randomly, then...i dunno.

It's almost unbearable for me to watch her because compared to the way I work, she's so ... deliberate! For instance, when there's an action to be committed and the correct button is highlighted, she always moves the mouse to click on it instead of hitting the Enter key. I've told her and told her, but...
