My wife's 800 mghz iMac, the volleyball version. OS X 10.2.8.
She works mostly in Appleworks, latest (last?) update.
Doing spreadsheets and word processing.
At unpredictable moments (according to her) it crashes or locks up.
I would have thought appleworks would be the most in tune with OS X.
Is there anything I could do to tell her what to look for? Or maybe
even prevent this from happening?
thanks...
