It seems to me that if they monitor this list they might occasionally toss
in a short answer if they can do so off the cuff.  Or just point the
question to the Kb answer.  That might reduce the repetitious support calls.

The tech at Imail support could be particularly helpful if they would post
any new additions to the Kb here as they are added to the Kb.  That would
educate a large part of their existing consumer base and those evaluating
Imail.

Additionally they might set-up a daily/weekly autopost of the information
below so that newbies would know the way the system works just by visiting
here.

Finally they might consider using the ad support function to post a rotating
ad/comment contaning indivisual paragraphs from the information below on the
messages sent to this forum.

These suggestions might not solve many problems but would serve to keep any
and all informed of how the Imail support system works.  It would also serve
to show that Ipswitch is working on Imail's improvement.  I know they are
working on making it better as well as fixing problems but their efforts are
not often seen in this forum hence it becomes just a litony problems.
