I don't understand what you mean. I looked in the KB for IM...could find nothing relating to my problen. It only seems to happen to yahoo address...they get tagged and put into the spam folder...I can't figure out how to fix this problem...any ideas?? I put in bold the areas I
The problem is that you are using the FIVETENIGNORE spam test, and that one lists major Internet providers including Yahoo.
This shows the importance of knowing what spam tests you are using.
