I live in a small community...work full time as a paramedic and for the same company provide wireless Internet to a portion of the community due to our isolated nature most only have dial-up.  I provide email services to our customers and am learning as fast as I can how to provide the best service while still being proficient at saving lives.  You are correct...it pays to know what your doing and I appreciate your help...I now know more about what I am doing.  Would you suggest not inserting the X from that particular test??
