Josh, are you saying that AOL is then authorized to police RoadRunner's customers (or mine)? How did that come about? I think RoadRunner (and I) are not only better equiped to determine violations of our own TOS's but in a better position to do so legally and ethically.

I know in the case of RoadRunner if you run a server then you are breaking your contract and can have your service shut off.
