Josh, are you saying that AOL is then authorized to police RoadRunner's
customers (or mine)?  How did that come about?  I think RoadRunner (and
I) are not only better equiped to determine violations of our own TOS's
but in a better position to do so legally and ethically.

your TOS with your DSL or Cable provider. I know in the case of
RoadRunner if you run a server then you are breaking your contract and
can have your service shut off. So what you are saying is that you
should be able to use service as it was not intended?
