I have watched this thread for almost a week with much interest. There is
obviously alot of passion on both sides as far as this issue is concerned.
One thing that is starting to concern me however is the way that the users
of this forum are attacking each other when one of them disagrees with
another. Lighten up !!!!!

Quote the whole email and tell me he didn't say that an ISP should not
dictate what he can do.
