For what it's worth, I use the SpamCop list through Symantec software and it has been working through the day (98 deletions). Maybe there is a problem with the way Imail interacts with it. In speaking with the creator of the FiveTen lists, (he does some work for us), he was a little miffed that Imail did not give him any warning that they were deploying the new Imail 8 with his lists in by default. As a result, I have had to burden our DNS servers (as a backup) for his. He has also just deployed two more (one in Honk Kong and One in France) to take on the load and for better "glue". Perhaps spamcop has gotten a little miffed as well. Just a though, but I could be wrong.
