I just want it fixed. SOMEONE needs to figure out what is causing the problem. I am inches away from dumping Imail.
Are you inches away from dumping Windows? Microsoft introduced the problem. Just because they are huge doesn't mean that they not responsible for their problems, and that others should have to cover for them. I've seen this type of situation occur many times before, where Microsoft changes something, and another company takes the blame.
On the other hand, though, Ipswitch really does need to figure out where the problem lies, and at least ensure that their behavior is RFC-compliant. If they can't say that they are operating properly, I can't ask you to assume that they are. :)
