This is a IPSWICH WebMessaging Software mistake, not MS, cause other webmail works fine...
Not necessarily. IE5.5 and IE6 seem to handle the same situation differently, which does point fingers at Microsoft. On probably 3-4 occasions I've seen them break something with IE and declare it the new standard (not quite as blatantly as that, they never admit to it).
Note that it is very common for two Internet programs to behave slightly differently. It could be that other web messaging programs lack a feature that IMail has, or vice versa. Or perhaps the ordering of the HTTP headers is now significant to Microsoft. It could be one of many different things.
If you go to the RFCs and find something that Ipswitch isn't doing correctly, I'll believe that it's an Ipswitch issue. At this point, though (without having done any testing on the issue), I'd say the problem probably lies on both sides.
