[IMail Forum] RTF messages disappear...

We’ve noticed over the last week that messages sent in RTF format out of outlook disappear once they are sent to the server.  There’s no bounce message, no incomplete message arriving at the other end, just a black hole.  While I am not a proponent of RTF messages, we have customers that are.  As such they are demanding to know why all of a sudden, their RTF messages are not getting through.  I told them to switch to HTML and that’s fine, but I’m still curious as to why RTF messages are just disappearing.  This phenomenon is happening on Imail 7.15 servers.  I haven’t noticed it on my 8.01 servers yet.  Any ideas?   Thanks,   Shad D.
