I had Imail AV. I do not use it now - switched to Declude Virus w/ F-Prot (if you get the Pro version you can add multiple scanners also, to avoid problems with one av system not updating quickly when new sig's come out -- although any AV program can have a delay between when a new release is made and when you have scheduled to update at your end). I wish I had gone that way at first, but that was before adding declude junkmail to our system (back when I thought Imail's rules would work for our anti-spam efforts -- we kept blowing up rule files as we had too many -- I have not seen any limit to what we can define in declude).
