We ve noticed over the last week that messages sent in RTF format out of outlook disappear once they are sent to the server. There s no bounce message, no incomplete message arriving at the other end, just a black hole. While I am not a proponent of RTF messages, we have customers that are. As such they are demanding to know why all of a sudden, their RTF messages are not getting through. I told them to switch to HTML and that s fine, but I m still curious as to why RTF messages are just disappearing. This phenomenon is happening on Imail 7.15 servers. I haven t noticed it on my 8.01 servers yet. Any ideas?

Have you checked your log files to see if there are any clues? One thing to look for is "-nul", which usually indicates a rule that is deleting the E-mail.
