To clarify my question then,
We are using 11 servers in imail's dns blacklist, spamcop, osirusoft, etc.
I usually manually query the relays.osirusoft.com servers with the reverse ip of the one in which I want to check. So in the previous example asking it about 207.158.45.51 returns unknown instead of 127.0.0.2 or whatever.
Now looking at the logs, it queried all the enabled blacklisted but did not fail the osirusoft one even though it is listed in serveral lists. Will this process query these servers using the reverse ip 51.45.158.207 or regular?

You seem to be a bit confused. "RDNS" is shorthand for "Reverse DNS",
which is completely separate from ip4r-style spam database lookups
(although they look very similar). For example, I'm not sure what you mean
about having "11 rdns servers".
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=207.158.45.51 does indeed show
that 207.158.45.51 (I assume that's the IP you are looking up -- if you
aren't familiar with spam databases, you might have been trying to look up
the IP 51.45.158.207 incorrectly) is listed in OSSRC.
In this case, I would suggest checking the log file to see what is happening.
