In the last two days I have had three users report that they cannot delete messages using web-messaging... Two of those users seem to have also lost some good e-mail when this initially happened. They claim they were deleting some spam when there was a long time-out and then were kicked out. Upon logging in again some (not all, but enough to have them mad) of their inbox was gone!
I have verified the couple of users who say they cannot delete messages. When they try there is a 10-second delay (at which time server cpu utilization maxes at 100%) and the message is not deleted. It also takes 10 seconds to change between mailboxes (also 100% cpu at that time). These users were from 3 different domains... Most other users seem to be not affected. Any ideas...
