I agree, I've done this myself on several machines, and have had no
problems. EXCEPT on this one account. Her settings reflect the correct
values, and it doesn't prompt for username or password, but it just will NOT
authenticate.

Well, AFAIK, Netscape Auth's by default, so we're set there, OE is simple,
as are some versions of Outlook. But everything I've tried with this acct
has not worked.

I'll update as needed, thanks for the input.
