One thing that might work for you, if you get Imail, and possibly declude for antispam/antivirus, in the antispam configuration there is an option in the pro version I believe that you can copy an account action. So you could set a weight of like -100 to copyto a specific address(maybe a different mailserver setup specifically for this purpose?). I do not know that load considerations for this though, it was just a passing thought that looks like it might work for you.
