Is the compliance actually stated that it needs to go to the "Big Brother"
mailbox prior to final delivery to the intended recipient? Would concurrent
delivery satisfy this? If so, go to the SMTP Security setup and enable the
"copy all mail" function. This will copy every piece of mail handles to a
single mailbox. You can then use filters (if need be) to further segregate
the mail into sub-mailboxes or even redirect to other accounts based on
specified criteria.
