I am starting discussions with Sun's lawyers on behalf of this community
to see what we can do about the use of the TM and name. The end result
as I see it is to have more freedom with it's use. Whether for this
distro or to create my own tshirt or print up a poster. I will follow up
with options.

Why don't we just make it a poll? We've got the whizzy polling
infrastructure.... instead of bickering back and forth like
schoolkids, let's put it up to a vote.
