Chris, considering it is Sun's trademark and at this point, the only
people qualified to discuss it further is legal counsel, I don't what
else can be done.
Many have provided input about how they would like to use it for a long time.
There isn't much we can do here at this point until Sun's legal
counsel and other internal people authorise different usage.
For obvious reasons, it is incredibly rare for legal counsel to be
involved in public discussions in any organisation.
