About the SEAL, we have talked about it in the INT area
meetings on three separate occasions since IETF71, and the
document has matured significantly since that time. About
a date to advance the document, I believe it can be ready
to go much earlier than was listed in the draft wg charter;
let's say March 2010. About document category, I favor PS
but am willing to discuss other categories.

BTW, I am +1 for formation of the wg.
